To send a support message from Weather, fill in the fields on the left and choose Send Message.

What to include

  • Your browser and operating system.
  • What you expected and what happened.
  • The city or region for forecast issues.
  • Your checkout email for purchase help.
Example: “Chrome on Windows: I claimed free Pro and reopened Weather, but adding a third location still asks me to upgrade.”

Leave passwords, license keys, payment details, and other private information out of messages and screenshots.
