Try these checks. If the problem continues, email [email protected] with your browser, operating system, and a short description.
Forecast not loading
- Check your internet connection.
- Close and reopen Weather.
- Update your browser and Weather.
Contact support before reinstalling Weather or clearing browser data to help preserve your settings.
Wrong location or temperature
Check your selected city and °F/°C under Settings → Units. If automatic location picks the wrong place, search for your city in Locations.
The toolbar shows the default location’s temperature, even when you are viewing another saved city. Under Settings → Temperature, Feels like Weather Pro feature changes the toolbar temperature to how it feels outside, which can differ from the actual temperature in the forecast.
If temperatures differ from another weather app, compare the location, weather source, and update time.

Use my location not working?
You may need to enable Location Services on your computer and allow your browser to access your location. Check your computer’s privacy or location settings, then reopen Weather and try Use my location again.

Blank radar
Radar loads automatically when you open the map. If it stays blank, check your internet connection, then close and reopen the map. If a loading error offers Retry, select it. If the problem continues, email [email protected].
Missing notifications
In Settings → Alerts, turn on Precipitation Weather Pro feature, Severe weather Weather Pro feature, or Weather summaries Weather Pro feature. For summaries, also enable Morning summary, Evening summary, or both, and check their times. Schedules use your device’s local time.
Keep your browser running and allow browser notifications on your device. Focus or Do Not Disturb can silence them, and summaries may arrive later than the selected time. Weather alerts depend on your location, source coverage, and forecast updates. Check the bell for Recent notifications Weather Pro feature if you missed a notice.

Pro still locked
Close and reopen Weather in the browser and profile you upgraded. For a paid upgrade, follow the Restore Pro guide using your purchase email and license key. Free upgrades do not have a license key; if reopening Weather does not restore your free upgrade, email support. If a paid upgrade is still locked, email support before making another purchase.
Settings not saving
Changes save automatically. If Settings shows a save error, check your internet connection and select Retry. Use the same browser and profile when checking your saved settings. If settings still disappear, email support.
