Restore Pro on another browser

Restore an earlier purchase or get help with a missing free upgrade.

Check your browser and profile

Close and reopen Weather in the browser and profile where you upgraded. If Pro is still missing, follow these steps.

Restore a purchase

  1. Open Weather in the browser you want to activate.
  2. Open Settings and choose Restore Pro. You can also choose Reactivate Weather Pro in the Pro or Contact (?) panel.
  3. Enter the Purchase email and License key from your purchase.
  4. Select Reactivate Weather Pro. Pro unlocks immediately.

If Restore Pro is missing, open Contact (?) → Upgrade to Weather Pro and choose Reactivate Weather Pro on the website. Submit the form, then close and reopen Weather.

No new purchase is needed. For missing purchase details or form problems, email [email protected]. Keep license keys out of messages and screenshots.

Restore a free upgrade

Free Pro does not come with a purchase receipt or license key. Reopen Weather in the browser and profile where you claimed it. To use Pro in another browser, email [email protected].

Before reinstalling Weather

Contact support before removing Weather or clearing browser data to help preserve your settings.
